range includes UNIVERSAL INPUT PROCESS INDICATORS, UNIVERSAL INPUT
TEMPERATURE INDICATORS ,4-20mA LOOP POWERED INDICATOR, DUAL INPUT
INDICATORS WITH MATH FUNCTIONS and a very high accuracy LOAD CELL
INDICATOR. The Temperature indicators can accept RTD or T/C inputs
manufactured includes Simple FLOW INDICATOR CUM TOTALISER, DUAL
INPUT TOTALISERS WITH MATH FUNCTIONS, PULSE INPUT TOTALISERS, TOTALISERS
WITH TEMPERATURE & PRESSURE COMPENSATION and BATCH CONTROLLER
The Temperature Transmitter
range includes UNIVERSAL INPUT TWO WIRE TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER
which is available in field mountable and Back panel/DIN rail models.
Field mountable Temperature transmitters are
available with Ex-proof and Intrinsic safety certification also.
Special purpose CRYOGENIC TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS
and FOUR WIRE UNIVERSAL INPUT AND UNIVERSAL OUTPUT TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS
also adds to the transmitter range.
The Isolators and Signal
Converters range is very wide and includes universal input
Signal Converters, Universal input Signal multipliers, and Universal
input Signal Isolators. This also includes Digital and analog Signal
Multipliers, Signal Converters and Signal Isolators. Our special
range of Signal Conditioners has programmable multi point lineariser.
The Controller range
has Single loop PID controllers with Dual or single indication and
on-Off controllers or Trip Modules. The PID controllers are capable
of giving 4-20mA control output or contact output.
is an essential maintenance tool. MCIH has calibrators in very high
accuracy (0.01%) range and high accuracy (0.05%) range. These calibrators
are available in different models to source mA, V, T/C, RTD signals.
Calibrators with computer connectivity are also available and these
are capable of generating calibration reports (in user formats).
The report generating calibrators are useful for ISO 9000 documentation.
These calibrators are portable and some are of hand held type.
Now MCIH is poised to become
a automation solution provider with the addition of DATA AQUISATION
SYSTEM MODULES (DAS) to its process control instruments range. These
DAS modules are expandable and MODBUS compatible. These are one
of the few DAS modules with input isolation. DAS modules are available
for ma, V, T/C, RTD, mV and Ohms inputs.
PLCs and wire less DAS modules are in the anvil
of MCIH R&D.
